This website is operated by Euromeetings, the association of organisers of European one-day athletics meetings ("we"). For any matter concerning personal data on this website, please reach us via the Contact page.

We publish names and professional contact details (role, phone, e-mail) of representatives of our member meetings and of Euromeetings board members. These details are provided to us by the meetings themselves as part of their membership, and we publish them so that the athletics community — athletes, agents, media and federations — can contact the organisers. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in supporting communication within the sport.

Contact details are shown only for the current and the previous season. Older editions of meetings are displayed without personal contact details.

If your contact details are published here and you want them corrected or removed, tell us via the Contact page and we will do so without undue delay. You also have the right to access the data we hold about you, to object to the processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The public website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. The only cookie used on this site is a technical sign-in cookie for the site administrators' area, which is strictly necessary for its operation.
